Made to Last marked a defining reset of Lee’s brand identity. The brand had drifted toward fast-trend aesthetics, weakening its connection to heritage, quality and price point. The brief was to re-establish Lee’s authority as a timeless denim brand without feeling nostalgic or dated. As creative lead, I set the visual and conceptual direction, deliberately stripping back the aesthetic to a confident studio approach that emphasised craftsmanship, materiality and longevity. This decision reintroduced clarity and restraint to the brand, shifting focus away from trend-driven styling toward enduring product storytelling. The campaign established a new creative benchmark for Lee, redefining its visual language and setting a clear standard that informed all subsequent campaigns and brand work.
